Salt & Light is family owned and operated since 2011. We personally own the homes we manage, and we care for them the way we would want our own family's home cared for.
Homes matter because the people living in them matter.
We own a small number of homes in Southern California, and we intend to keep them for a long time. That changes how we approach nearly everything: what we repair, how quickly we respond, how we write a lease, and how we talk with the people who live in our homes.
A rental house is still a home. It's where someone's mornings start, where their family gathers, where their life happens. We think that deserves real attention rather than deferred maintenance and slow phone calls.
So we keep expectations clear from the beginning, we do the work properly rather than cheaply, and we treat residents with the same respect we would expect ourselves.
